  1. How are you supposed to do a factory reset or firmware update if your touch screen doesn’t work? Both require a functional touch screen, so these fixes are a dead-end. My Anycubic mono was working fine, I set it aside for a few months and when I went to use it again, the screen came on but touch it does nothing. I wrote Anycubic requesting assistance and never got the curtesy of a reply. When I open the bottow of the unit and power it on, I can see the main board is flash a code from 2 LEDs, but I can’t find any info on how to decipher them. I have the skills needed to fix this if I can decipher the code, but given the value of the printer at this point, it is not worth it to me to start buying replacement parts randomly. I need to know what has actually failed. I will not be making anymore purchases from Anycubic because of their poor service..

    1. Sorry to hear, yeah that must be frustrating. With the Anycubic customer service did you try their social media channels? They can be more active on platforms like Facebook or twitter so they can get you better technical help, especially if it’s still in warranty.
