These are mostly 32mm miniatures, though you can simply adjust these models as you wish in your slicer.
You can check out their Instagram & MyMiniFactory page to see examples of their amazing 3D models.

2. Artisan Guild
Artisan Guild is the second most popular Patreon in the field of miniatures, after Arch Villain Games, according to the Graphtreon webpage at time of writing.
The “Guild” consists of a small team of passionate designers who create miniatures to be used for tabletop games, or else simply as collectibles. They design game sets each month, with the possibility to buy older releases through their MyMiniFactory store.
Artisan Guild offers 4 tiers of membership (although at the time of writing only one is available, as the others are sold out), with prices ranging from $9 to $35 per month. The main tier categories are normal (or Adventurer) and commercial (Merchant), which were limited.
The membership gives you access to the monthly released sets.
They also offer free detailed epic models as loyalty rewards for people subscribed to them for 3 months.
Their models include supports and, apart from characters, they also design props which are either included in a monthly collection or sold separately.
Have a look at their Instagram and Facebook pages for more details on individual models and news on their releases.

3. Titan-Forge Miniatures
Ranked #4 in terms of popularity at the time of writing, Polish based Titan-Forge Miniatures is a company founded in 2011 that currently offers 3D printable files for tabletop, board and RPG games.
Like the previous ones, it offers monthly collections to its subscribers, which include characters, terrain, bases and props, and their models can be bought separately on MyMiniFactory.
Their website offers a wide selection of 3D prints categories, from fantasy and sci-fi to cyber themed models. They have also created an original 3D printable wargame where you can use their miniatures.
Titan-Forge has 2 membership tiers, with only its $10 per month one available at the time of writing. As opposed to Artisan Guild, they do not have a membership for commercial purposes, and their models are exclusively available for personal use.
They also offer a free sample from the current month collection to unsubscribed people so they can test the quality of the models before deciding to become patrons.
Additionally, they offer exclusive loyalty models to people who have been patrons for three consecutive months, with unique designs that change every three months and that are not available to buy anywhere else.
Make sure to have a look at their Instagram and Facebook pages for more up-to-date information about their designs.

Becoming a patron also means that you can add 3D model requests to which the artist will respond whenever he has time.
You can find Mz4250 on pretty much any 3D modelling platform, such as Thingiverse or MyMiniFactory. Although his models might not be as detailed or complex as the ones of the previous Patreons, the fact that they are free is a great reason for checking out this artist.

9. Ghamak
Ghamak was founded in 2011 by Francesco A. Pizzo, a 3D sculptor and designer. It offers Sci-Fi and Fantasy models on a monthly release basis, as well as individual models on MyMiniFactory.
There are 3 membership tiers you can purchase, depending on your interests: Fantasy Supporter and Sci-Fi Supporter, priced at $10, as well as a Fantasy + Sci-Fi 2, for $17.5 a month.
As the names suggest, the $10 ones offer access to one of the two categories of models, while the third one grants access to both types.
None of the tiers offer commercial licenses, and the models are exclusively for individual use.
The models come pre-supported for resin printing, and they are generally scaled between 40 and 50mm, which some users might find too big. Most models come with interchangeable heads, for additional variety in your prints.

You can get individual or past 3D printable files on MyMiniFactory in both unsupported and supported format. If you decide to order them directly printed, make sure to double-check the actual size so that it matches one of your other models.

11. PiperMakes
Ranked #14 in terms of Patreon popularity, with over 1,800 supporters, PiperMakes creates 28mm 3D printable mecha-themed models.

The artist designs full models as well as individual assembly parts, so her models can be collected just as well as they can be used in tabletop games.
As the artist is only working part-time on the models, the sheer quantity of designs might not match the one of bigger Patreons. However, it does cover an under-represented miniature theme, that of Mecha models.
You can buy individual model files from PiperMakes’ Cults3D store and track the artist’s latest releases on Instagram.
