Printing an object or model that requires high-temperature resistance isn’t common in the daily usage of resin while 3D printing. But on rare occasions, users need these resins for parts that require high-temperature resistance.
The best high-temperature resins can withstand a heat of over 100°C without cracking. They are ideal for ducting and molding and are sturdy with little to no flex. I wrote an article on the best high-temperature resin to help users decide which heat-resistance resin is best for them.

The resin works with high-power DLP printers and LCD screen printers alike. Asides from the improved heat resistance the Siraya Tech Sculpt offers, it also has great resolution and a matte finish.

The Phrozen TR300 Resin is another well-known high-temperature resin and also a great option. It can withstand a temperature of up to 190°C without cracking or breaking. It has good strength, toughness, and a low shrink rate.
Its low viscosity (thickness) makes it easy to clean off once done. Phrozen TR300 resin also releases little to no odor while printing.

One user praised the resin for its heat resistance when he printed molds to cast pewter.
Another user said it produced less odor compared to other resin brands, and the print quality is as good as standard resin. He also dropped his prints a few times, and they didn’t break. He suggested they were suitable for automotive parts.

3. Formlabs High Temperature Resin
The Formlabs High-Temperature Resin is another good choice. The resin has a heat deflection temperature of 238°C and is an ideal choice for performing extensive testing under stress. Formlabs high-temperature resin also supports 3D printers with resolutions of 25, 50, and 100 microns.
It is most compatible with Forms 3D printers. They include Form 2, Form 3, Form 3B, Form 3L, Form 3BL, Form 3+, and Form 3B+, but will also work with most SLA and DLA printers. You might have to experiment with the settings.
The manufacturers did not specify if the resin is compatible with other 3D resin printers.
One user commented that Formlabs designed the resins for their SLA printers, so you need a longer exposure time with an SLA printer.
Another user said the prints come out smooth and accurate. He also said the resin smells nice.
A user used Formlabs resin to make the molds for the joints of a carbon fiber bike he made as a school project. He commented on its excellent finish and its detailed prints. He also said he took the temperature to 163°C, and it held up well.

The SuperHDT Resin is another excellent option. It can withstand temperatures of 240°C, and it’s great if used for prototypes. It generally has a curing time of 1.7 sec with a monochrome LCD and 4.5 sec with a Regular LCD for every 50um layer, though this depends on your printer.
SuperHDT Resin is compatible with QIDI, Creality, NOVA, Phrozen, ELEGOO, LONGER, ANYCUBIC, Voxelab, Prusa, and all kinds of regular and mono LCD 3D printers.

The manufacturer warns to check if the resin is transparent/clear on arrival. If it’s not transparent, place it in an environment of 49°C (120°F) for a few hours or 60°C (140°F) or about an hour to get the best result.
One user who used an Anycubic Mono X 6K said it printed well when he used the printer’s resin default settings.
Another user commented it printed well but wished it was elongated. You can mix it with a flexible resin to get more durability.

The Peopoly Model Nex Resin Hi-Temp Resin is another solid choice. It can withstand temperatures reaching 180°C (356°F), and it’s a sturdy material. It’s the choice for many sculptors and molders because of the fine detail.
The resin has a good finish which you easily paint on or sand. The Peopoly Model resin works with only DLP printers and isn’t compatible with LCD printers.
There isn’t a lot of user review for the product, but it seems to be a quality choice.

6. Druckwege Type D High Temperature Resin
The Druchwege Type D High-Temperature Resin is a good European choice resin. This resin can withstand temperatures of 260°C without breaking. It comes in 500 grams, 1 Kilogram, and 2.5 Kilogram bottles and is compatible with most resin 3D printers.
Some include the Anycubic series, Flashforge Hunter, Elegoo Mars Series, Creality, EPAX X1, B9 Creator, Wanhao D7, Phrozen, and many others.
The Druchwege Type D High-Temperature Resin is ideal for creating molded parts for silicone and plastics.
One user with an Anycubic Photon Mono 4K said he tested it, and it showed good results. It worked well under high temperatures, and he got excellent molds from it.
