Many people who 3D print want to make money from the hobby but they have no idea what 3D prints are actually selling.

In this article, I’ll go through 10 3D prints that are actually being sold by people regularly. This is a great way to be inspired to start selling your own 3D prints.

I gathered these 10 profitable 3D prints by doing a search on Etsy for 3D printing stores, then looking at sales data + store data to see what 3D prints are selling well.

1. Baby Wyvern Dragon – Gocutouts

Gocutouts is a top 3D print seller on Etsy, and one of their current top-selling listings is this Mini 3″ Baby Wyvern Dragon, designed by Cinderwing3D.

You can see it’s in 20+ baskets.

When we go into the reviews for this particular store, you can see that 2 sales were made on 5th May 2025. Very current sales, one with the egg and dragon, then the other just the dragon.

Articulating animals are very popular in the market, though it can start to get saturated when you sell the same items as others.

You can sell articulating animals, but look for ones that aren’t as saturated, different types of animals and creatures.

A great strategy the store is using is to sell 1 Baby Wyvern Dragon for just £1.88 or $2, so it shows up as $2 in the listing. This draws people to click the listing.

Then they see multiple options for Mini Wyverns, the next option being 5 Mini Wyverns for £8.49 or $10.

This is how the listing shows in the Etsy search page, a very eye-catching picture, low price, solid 5 star rating and 3.3k reviews.

The title is very simple and to the point, though it could have more keywords in the title which can lead to being part of more searches, leading to more views and sales.

Many reviews even include pictures which is great.

It mixes a popular character from the Avatar TV series + a functional item being a planter. That’s a great method of making sales, mixing form with function.

This product is solving a very real problem.

Rather than people having to buy multiple products, it’s an all-in-one solution which is also compact.

The 4th listing that is selling well is this cool Monopoly Deal Game Rugged Box & Card Holder by P3DPrint.

You can see 2 people have bought this in the last 24 hours.
